Happy Halloween!!!

We went home to Lincoln for Halloween to visit with our families.  Halloween is a big holiday at my parent's house, John's says bigger than Thanksgiving, but I think they are a tie.  Anyway we have so many traditions at Halloween making popcorn balls to pass out, dressing up, going to the carnival, watching Hocus Pocus, and having Mom's amazing homemade Chili for dinner.  It was fun to have Emerson this year to experience all the joys of Halloween.  It was double fun to be able to share some of the holiday with John's parents, they joined us for dinner and the carnival.  Enjoy!
Emerson insisted that Grandma feed him while he stood. Weirdo!

Enjoying the fall weather with Grandpa

Loving on Aunt Ashley. Everytime Emerson would sit with her, Kallister would kick her stomach right where he was sitting, she is already one territorial little girl.

Watching Matt & RaChyl's kids do their pumpkins

Rylee's Mrs. Potato Head Princess pumpkin

This one was cool it was a Lite Brite pumpkin shaped like a bat

Jordan talked Grandpa into finishing his pumpkin for him. Below: turned out good.

The next few pics are of the pumpkin my mom had, she decided she wanted it carved so John said he would do it.  Then everyone wanted to see Emerson help clean it out.

They were having too much fun making the popcorn balls.  We made over 350 and only had like 10 left by the end of Halloween night.

My Mom goes all out decorating and My Dad loves to stand outside and pass out the popcorn balls

Bridger came back from a great night of trick or treating and showed us all his haul.  Emerson decided that he wanted to get in on the action and even tried to get a away with a piece or two.
